All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! (Unless action is error on professional’s end) Late fee occurs after first 10mins of appointment start time. After 20 mins. appointment is canceled. Cash is due for remaining balance after service is rendered (Does not apply to house calls). $5 fee for transactions made on cashapp. Full payment is due at time of arrival for ALL Housecalls. Please keep in mind: Any client who books and does not show up to their scheduled appointment will be deemed a “No Show” and will have to pay a $30 dollar deposit (on top of the $25 base deposit) that does not go towards the service.
